Is it safe to shop on your site?
Yes, Shoetastic is a secure site and is protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
This security system is provided by GEOTrust and has a valid digital certificate.
When you enter information into the system it is encoded to ensure that any personal information and payment details cannot be read by a third party.
Also, the privacy policy is in place to protect your statuatory rights. We will not allow any information you give us with third parties. It will be used only to enhance our service to you and for promotional purposes.



What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following methods of payment:

All online card payments processed through Realex payment gateway or alternatively
when you are checking out you will be automatically linked to Paypal to make your payment.
No payment information is stored or handled in any way by Shoetastic.


What are the delivery charges and lead times?
Standard delivery will be charged at a fixed cost of €12.50 and you should receive your goods within 10-14 working days.Unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Delivery to UK will be charged at a fixed rate of £20 and you should receive your goods within 10-14 working days.
Delivery to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia: there is a calculator provided to give you a quotation and estimated delivery time.



What is your returns policy?
Items should be returned within 14 days, in original packaging, in same condition as received to:
Shoetastic, 6 Glen Alainn,Kells Road, Mullagh,Co. Cavan, Ireland.
We will not refund any charges made for initial delivery, or charges for returning the goods.
We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that you can track the parcel by using a reliable carrier.
Refunds are usually sent back to where they came from (i.e. visa,laser,paypal accounts). It’s a great hassle free service.
We are unable to guarantee that we can exchange goods, due to constantly changing stock levels and long lead times from manufacturers, as some of the goods are made to order and not stored in a warehouse ready for shipping.


What if the item I want is out of stock in my size, or I want a different colour?
That’s no problem, just ask and we will tell you your options.
We are willing to do special orders if you are willing to wait for your order.



How do I know what size to order?
It is your responsibility to know what size shoe to order, please ensure that you have measured your feet and are satisfied that you are ordering the correct size before placing your order.
